Review:

I was born in the town of Krasavino, Vologda Region, USSR (presently - Russia) on May 24,1966. A certificate of High School Education confirms that I graduated from the complete courses of Krasavino School 15 in 1983 with exemplary behavior and with excellent marks.

This year I passed the entrance examination at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrument Making, Leningrad (presently Saint - Petersburg), USSR (presently - Russia).

During my studies at the Institute, I was awarded honorable diplomas at the Institute and Leningrad region Olympiads in Radio Engineering, where was rewarded honorable diplomas. I took first place at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrument Making Olympiad, as well as prize-winning place and third place in the Leningrad Olympiad in Radio Engineering (from 1987 to 1989) .

From 1983 to 1985 I received an increased stipend of university and in 1986 – 89 - the governmental stipend.

Diploma with honors of Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrument Making confirms that in 1989 I graduated from the complete course of this Institute. By decree of the State Examination commission qualification as a Master of Science in Radio Engineering was awarded to Rapakov G.G. on February 1, 1989. I defended the research thesis (for diploma) with the appraisal of "excellent".

In 1996, I passed the examination in the doctoral course in cooperation with Radio Engineering Faculty of Saint - Petersburg's State Academy of Aerospace Instrumentation. I graduated from the doctoral course in 1999, and defended my doctoral thesis: "Research of measurements of moving objects spatial location by television methods" in 2000.

Diploma of Academic Degree confirms that by decree of the Council of the Saint - Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, the Philosophy Degree in Technical Science was conferred to Rapakov George Germanovich on June 22, 2000.

My workrecord confirms that from January 1991, I was working in the Vologda State Technical University in the Department of Computer Science as a lecturer and later (since December 1993) a senior lecturer. Since March 2001 – associated professor.
